During Lent, the choir will stop rehearsing 5 minutes before the start of the Parish Mass to allow time for silent prayer before mass. Please take advantage of this time of recollection, not only on Sunday but also at weekday masses.
Today, we have our normal monthly Traidcraft Stall after the Parish Mass.
Do think about coming along this evening, if you haven't already done so, for our nurture course, "The Way of Faith". This week's session is called "We need God in our lives". These evenings are not only for those who are new to the Christian faith, but also for those who would just like a "refresher". The meetings start at 7.00 p.m. and will last about 2 hours (including refreshments).
There will be Choral Benediction on Wednesday evening, starting at 8.00 p.m. This will be followed by refreshments in the Hall.
The Electoral Roll is due for its usual annual revision. If you are not on the Roll and think you should be, please see Fr Christopher or Sally Atkinson. There are Electoral Roll Forms in the Hall.
Thank you to those who have already provided their material for the Annual Review. Could the remaining material please be with Fr Christopher by next Sunday, 14 March.
We are still looking for people to help with Sunday Club (the group of 3-7 year olds). If you would be interested in helping with this group, please speak to Fr Christopher, Jenny Daybell or Sheila Waring.
French Circle: The next evening meeting of the French Circle will be on Friday 26 March, which Sally & Barry have kindly agreed to host. We hope to meet thereafter on 23 April, 28 May, 2 July and 30 July (venues to be confirmed).
